Dave Gutkowski at Body & Soul Holistic Arts offers a range of Massage and Reiki services from full table treatments to chair massage events and Reiki attunements. We are pleased to offer massage services for wellness and well-being, stress relief, physical injuries, and the treatment of mastectomy clients. Reiki energy work alone or along with massage can be beneficial to emotional as well as physical injuries and many clients have enjoyed positive results from the treatments. Detailed information on the use of massage and energy work in the treatment of PTSD is available upon request. Dave's long and well-known experience with the intuitive touch or Reiki adds a special and enjoyable element to sessions that go much deeper than ordinary muscle manipulation. Find out why our clients travel long distances to experience the 'heavenly' touch. Ordinary muscular Massage as well as dedicated Reiki-only sessions are also available. Dave Gutkowski is a board certified Massage Therapist since 2002, the 244th licensed Massage Therapist in Pennsylvania since the inception of Massage licensing in the state in 2011, and a practicing Reiki Master since 1995. Dave received his training in Swedish (Relaxation) Massage at Fortis Institute, Bowen Massage in Harrisburg, Theta Healing in Philadelphia, and Mastectomy Massage in Westwood NJ.
Chair massage events / home parties are very popular with our clients and can be booked for small to mid-sized groups in your home or at your worksite. Call for more information or a brochure. Rates for chair massage are $60 per hour plus a small charge for travel. Typical costs are $15 per person for a 15 minute session. Chair massage focuses on the back, neck, head, arms and hands and is done fully clothed on a specially designed forward-leaning massage chair.
Full table treatments for Massage or Reiki are billed at $60 per session, usually one hour or a little longer. We work by the session rather than by the clock since each individual is treated by need rather than exact time. Longer sessions at similar rates are available when requested in advance.
Reiki Attunements are available for indivuals or small groups. Please call in advance to allow for scheduling of classes and materials. Rates for Reiki Attunements are as follows:
Reiki classes and teaching are individualized as much as possible to allow each student to connect with the flow of loving energy in a way that develops with time and experience. It is our belief that Reiki is an all present field that knows no one way. Each student uses the framework taught to find a path connected to their own life experience.
